You may cancel your order any time within 14 days, beginning on the day after you received your goods. We will refund the price of the goods in full, except where multiple items have been ordered and not all of them are being returned. However you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
Items should be returned via a tracked delivery service to enable your item arrives safely at Honey Bee Boutique. Honey Bee Boutique cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost in transit whilst being returned. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
If the goods are not returned in a satisfactory condition, we may decline refund or exchange. If you return goods claiming they were defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible. Certain goods are non returnable for hygiene purposes.
